After our support center receives your message, we will make the necessary preparations and guide you in correspondence to your needs.

1) Uninstall "SILKYPIX DS3.0" from the PC you had been using.
2) Please download "SILKYPIX DS3.0" to your new PC and install the program.
3) Please send an e-mail to our support center (silkypix_support@isl.co.jp) informing us of the transfer, including the following items about the PC you use.

Reconfiguring all or part of your hardware, or purchasing new hardware, is within the parameters of the License Agreement.
Therefore, you do not need to purchase a new license.
However, after your purchase or installation of a new OS, you do need to go through the confirmation process again for "SILKYPIX Developer Studio 3.0" (hereafter, "SILKYPIX DS3.0")
